NCO Paint Ball

This was a special programme organized by NCO’s namely, Cpl Tiang. The idea came about during the NCO council meeting when the council funds was insufficient for a round of paintball. Our former Cpl Steve who joined the meeting came about with an idea of playing paintball without much expenses which is to use water balloons instead of paint guns. We also had to make our own obstacle course. The council went with the idea and assigned Cpl Tiang for the job.

The day kick off with a couple of boys clearing the store room in search of obstacles for the event. A dozen or more pails which were used for 50th anniversary musical was just perfect for the task and it came in handy. At 4 pm everyone went for the drill practice while Pte Chow prepared the balloons. At 6 pm after the drill practice, most of the NCO’s was there setting up the place.

The game started at around 7 pm. Everyone was pretty much pumped up because we never played such a game before (well at least for me it is). We started off with a briefing and dividing into 3 groups namely corporals and sergeants, lance corporal and privates respectively. The objective of the game was to ‘kill’ as many opponents as possible. The game was awesomely fun but did not manage to end at 8pm, so we decided to wrap it up. Everyone went home with a satisfied look on their faces. This shows that being a BB member you can always find various ways to have a GREAT time.
